You can choose to list your IT equipment in one of two ways for convenience and efficiency:

1. Upload an Excel File: If you have a prepared list of your IT equipment, simply upload your Excel file. This is a quick way to provide all the necessary details in one go.

2. Manually List Items: Alternatively, you can manually enter the details of each item on our platform. This option is ideal if you’re listing a smaller number of items or prefer item-by-item entry.

Adding Photos (Optional): While not mandatory, uploading photos of your IT equipment can be very helpful. Pictures provide a clearer understanding of the condition and type of each item, which is valuable information for potential buyers.

Step 2. Transparent Bidding

Your equipment is presented to a wide range of refurbishers in our secure auction. Here’s what makes our bidding process unique:

  • No-Obligation Bids: Refurbishers place bids on your equipment, but you are under no obligation to accept any offer. This system ensures that you have complete control over the sale.
  • Customer Decision: You will receive notifications of the highest bids. It’s entirely your choice to accept or reject these offers. We respect your decision and will support it, regardless of the outcome.

Step 3. Bid Evaluation and Decision

Within a week, we will feedback the highest bid to you. We do this by phone or e-mail. Are you satisfied with the offer? Then we can settle it for you immediately and your IT assets are sold!

Some projects need more time and attention to get noticed by the dealers. Your project may go through another round of the process. This is always done in consultation with you.

Step 4. Full-Service Logistics and Data Security

Upon accepting a bid:

  • We Handle Transport: We arrange and cover all aspects of transportation to the refurbisher, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.
  • Secure Data Wiping: Your data’s security is paramount. We conduct thorough data wiping or, if necessary, physical destruction of hard drives, adhering to the highest standards of data protection.

Step 5. Hassle-Free Finalization

After the refurbisher verifies the equipment:

  • Rapid Payment: Once the transaction is confirmed, we expedite the payment process. You’ll receive your funds promptly and securely.
  • No Extra Steps Needed: Since we manage all aspects of the sale, there’s no need for equipment cleaning, ID verification, or any other typical handover procedures.
